we talked to officer evans at chp and he said there was a deer that was killed as a result of this accident. crash involved four cars. had to be cleared from the roadway and just seconds ago as i ran through the set we do have all lanes reported now clear but we had a slowdown approaching vista point. people were able to get off and on at that interchange. things should clear up over the next ten minutes. flashing lights reported in the area. meanwhile, heading south on 280 or 101 into the south bay, not major problem. northbound side early burst that started to smooth out north of 680 for 101 we do have a stall at that 101 and 880 interchange but it is out of lanes. we're tracking that as well. 87 and 85 starts to show a gentle build typical for a friday. here 101 past lawrence is okay but lawrence expressway a fender-bender there sticking out in lanes approaching southbound 101 so just be careful. it's getting more crowded there as well. we look to the tri-valley. typical build for west 580 through livermore. no deal as far as slowing through pleasanton and smooth flow of traffic into sun
